Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came as a group of ten celebrating a small reunion and the villa was perfect. Plenty of space to spread out, and the terrace off the king rooms was a nice surprise. Mornings were usually spent by the pool, then we’d head into town for lunch or explore the Golden Mile. The check-in team gave us a few local tips and helped us with a last-minute booking at a beach restaurant. Honestly a great place for groups wanting comfort and easy access to everything.

Lovely week with family
We booked the villa for a family holiday and it suited everyone. The gardens were beautiful and we spent so much time just relaxing around the pool. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kids loved having so many TV channels to choose from in the evenings. We tried Boca Seca one night and it was only a short walk. Everything felt easy and convenient, and the quiet area made it ideal for unwinding.

Perfect spot for a relaxed beach holiday
We stayed here as two families and really enjoyed how close the villa was to Casablanca Beach. Most mornings we walked down to the promenade, grabbed something light to eat, then headed back for a swim. Evenings were usually on the terrace while the kids played in the pool. The renovated kitchen made cooking simple and the living room was big enough for everyone. The whole place had a calm, homely feel that we really liked.

Great stay for our group

Lovely villa close to everything
We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach and grab a coffee on the promenade. The house felt cozy and bright, and we spent most evenings outside by the pool. Great spot for a relaxed week.
