Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Came here to celebrate my partner’s birthday and invited a few friends. Spent most afternoons around the pool and one day drove to Cala Millor for a change of scenery. Evenings on the terrace were the highlight - sometimes grilling, sometimes just sitting around chatting. The bathrooms were clean and having so many made everything run smoothly. Good memories from this trip.

Helpful agency and nice stay
We had a couple of questions before arriving and the agency replied quickly. They also sent us a list of places to eat nearby which we ended up using. House itself felt easy to live in. Plenty of space to spread out, fast Wi-Fi for work calls, and the outdoor shower was a nice bonus after the beach. We stayed eight nights and honestly enjoyed every day. Would return.

Week with friends in Capdepera
Booked this place with a group of friends and it turned out really good. We took turns cooking breakfast and usually ate outside because the view was too nice to ignore. Bedrooms all had AC and that helped because it was hot most days. One afternoon we went to Cala Ratjada port for drinks and the walk back wasn’t bad. Pool was cleaned before we arrived and stayed clear all week. Solid choice for a group holiday.

Family trip worked out better than expected
We came with my parents and two teens and the house fit all of us easily. Having five bathrooms was a blessing in the mornings. One day we walked to Cala Gat and spent hours in the water, then came back and made dinner outside. The pool was warm enough for evening swims too. The kitchen wasn’t fancy but had everything we needed. Loved waking up to the sea right in front of us.

Great for a small group trip
Came here as 6 adults and everyone had their own space. Kitchen worked well and we walked to Cala Agulla one afternoon. Outdoor area was where we spent most of the time, especially evenings.

Loved the sea views
We stayed here with another family and the view hit us every morning. Kids used the pool nonstop and we cooked outside a few times. Bedrooms were comfy and having so many bathrooms helped a ton.
