Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this retreat for a celebration with friends and it exceeded all expectations. The villa is stunning, with beautiful gardens and a gorgeous infinity pool. Loved the herb garden and the peaceful yoga space. The kids enjoyed the treehouse and safe play areas, which gave us some relaxing moments. The villa manager helped us organize a private chef and even guided us to some hidden beaches nearby. Every morning we had coffee while enjoying sea views from the terraces-it felt like a dream. Definitely a place we’d return to!

Perfect Family Getaway
Stayed here with the whole family, and everyone had their own space. The outdoor areas are incredible, especially the sunsets from the terrace. The villa felt cozy yet spacious enough for all 14 of us. Simply unforgettable!

Stunning Countryside Escape
We spent an amazing week at this villa! The infinity pool is unreal and mornings in the herb garden were magical. Loved the yoga space and the kids went crazy for the treehouse. Really felt like a peaceful retreat in Ibiza.

Idyllic Countryside Retreat
We had the best time at this villa. The interiors are spacious and comfy, with lots of areas to hang out. Mornings in the garden and evenings by the pool were highlights. Kids loved the treehouse and adults loved the Chiringuito Bar. Big thanks to the agency-they arranged a private chef for our special night and it was flawless. Close enough to beaches and little villages, but you feel completely secluded. Truly magical and peaceful spot.

Luxury Meets Ibiza Charm
Villa was simply fantastic! Stayed here with two families and everyone had space, comfort, and privacy. The outdoor areas are stunning-so many spots to lounge, dine, or just enjoy sunsets. The pool is incredible and we spent hours there. Loved the herb garden, gym, and even the Rustic Disco for a fun evening. Big shoutout to the agency for helping with airport transfers and organizing a few activities-we really felt looked after. Perfect mix of countryside tranquility and Ibiza fun.
