Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

A Paradise in Bendinat
This luxury retreat in Bendinat exceeded our expectations. This 5-bedroom gem is an oasis of tranquility with stunning sea and golf course views. Perfect...we hope to return very soon
We have just returned from a brilliant week at this elegant home. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed the comfort and location of this fabulous house. With fine attention to detail, the owner has created a glorious holiday home that offers lots of extras and a level of service not normally enjoyed from a holiday let. The views from the lovely garden and pool area extend across farmland to to the sea offering the most beautiful and peaceful of environments. It is not overlooked and is very quiet. We rent houses on a regular basis, sometimes up to four a year and this is most definitely at the top of our list, we enjoyed every moment and hope to return soon.
