Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

A little bit of paradise
As soon as we arrived we knew that our stay in the villa would be a good one. First of all, the location is perfect with a view you only dream about. Secondly the house is well furnished - more like a home than a holiday rental - and it has everything needed for a good holiday. Thirdly, stepping outside the swimming pool is absolutely perfect with a lovely surrounding area to lounge about and plenty of area for playing games too. All in all we had a splendid holiday. This elegant home was perfect for the total unwind we needed.

Stunning villa! Highly recommended
Enjoy this beautiful villa with stunning views and amazing furnishing. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. We enjoyed the infinity pool, outdoor bbq and patio. You will see the sunrise right from one of the upper bedrooms. The next time we are in Mallorca, we will stay at the same place. What a treat!

Amazing villa!
We had an amazing time in Mallorca! We were a group of ten friends staying for one week. The villa rests in a quiet hillside, it is spacious, enough bathrooms, has a well equipped kitchen, a lovely pool and nice poolside areas. We had some joyful barbeque dinners on the terrace. Amazing villa!
