Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a mixed group of adults and older teens and the house gave everyone enough room to breathe. I loved that each bedroom had its own vibe and most opened onto a terrace, so people could sneak out early and enjoy the quiet. The concierge helped us sort out paddleboards one morning, which turned into one of our favorite days. We also took advantage of the golf course nearby since two in the group are big golfers. Evenings were usually spent on the rooftop terrace watching the lights over Palma - honestly felt like our own private viewpoint. Perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and location.

Great villa for a relaxed family holiday
Spent a full week here with my parents and siblings and really liked how spread out the place is. The kitchen was bright and simple to use, so we ended up cooking more than expected. Kids loved the saltwater pool because it didn’t irritate their eyes, and we used the upper terrace for board games after dinner. One day we headed to Puerto Portals for lunch and a walk around the marina, which felt like a nice change of pace without being far.

Peaceful villa escape
Stayed here a long weekend with family and honestly the best part was waking up to those insane bay views every morning. The rooftop spot became our go-to place for coffee before everyone else woke up.

Perfect family villa!
The villa was lovely. The outside area was amazing and the pool table and table tennis table was a bonus! The pool was a nice temperature and over all we absolutely loved our stay in this villa. We loved the villa and hope to stay there again.

Everything we wanted
We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was everything we wanted. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to go for an evening out or trip to the beach. The interior of the villa was just as described on the site, and the pool was big enough to swim properly. It was clean and tidy on arrival and we were quite happy with everything. I would definitely recommend it and we hope togo again.
