Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had a fantastic week at this seaside retreat. The location in Costa d’en Blanes is ideal - close to everything but still peaceful. The accommodation itself is stunning, with spacious bedrooms and a luxurious living area. Wow Factor
This place truly has the wow factor. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the size and beauty of this holiday home. The master bedroom is like something from a dream, and the living areas were so comfortable for all of us. The outdoor pool and gardens were perfect for spending lazy days in the sun. Perfect Getaway
This villa is perfect for large groups! We were a party of 8 and had more than enough space. The kitchen was a dream - we loved cooking together and enjoying meals in the dining room with the fireplace. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we all had fun visiting the nearby beach and marina. Wonderfull villa, great view
We just completed a 10 day vacation in this villa with my husband and our two kids (age 1 and 4), my mother in law and my sister in law with her husband and three kids (age 6, 10 and 12). The villa is wonderful, with all the luxury you could wish for. This was my first time at the property, but for my mother in law and sister in law with her family this was the second consecutive year at this retreat, because they had such a wonderful time last year. The area is nice, and we were surprised to see that all the locals speak such good English here. Very different from some other parts of Spain. The description and pictures from this travel agency are realistic, and don’t hide any unpleasantness, because there simply isn’t any! The accommodation was clean, and was even cleaned during our stay.
