The main entrance, accessible via a spacious garage for two cars, leads to a panoramic lift with a capacity for eight people and sea views. A generous hall opens to the living and dining area, which connects to the terrace and pool through electric Schücko doors.
A highlight of the villa is the 160 m² interior courtyard with double-height ceilings and an electric glass roof. This extraordinary space includes terraces, Asiatic flower-boxes, a designer fireplace, and a large stone dining table for up to 12 guests. One of the six plasma TVs in the house with integrated in-wall speakers creates a perfect environment for entertaining family and friends. Two guest bedrooms and the separate apartment with independent access are also located on this level.
The first floor is devoted to the master suite, approximately 100 m² in size, featuring a spacious dressing area, a bedroom, and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, rainfall shower, sauna, and a TV integrated into the mirror. This level also includes a large exclusive terrace. Additional amenities such as the wine cellar and machine room are situated in the basement.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
My friends and I stayed here for 7 nights in May. The place was fantastic. Our host Alba was welcoming and very helpful. The villa was spotless and well equipped with what looked like brand new fittings. The garden area is great, fairly private in such a built up area, with a lovely heated pool and plenty of space to sit around.

Our week here was just lovely. The villa certainly has the wow factor and it was exactly what it said - a beautiful and luxurious villa on one of the best areas in Mallorca. One of the finest we have rented over the years. So we hope to return.

The perfect property
This holiday home wowed us! The location of the villa is very private and as soon as we walked in we knew we'd picked somewhere special. The villa is very comfortable. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, modern furniture, all the beds were comfy. One of the best features of the house is spectacular views over the Bay of Palma. It was an amazing experience and it's a great place to do some stargazing. I'm looking forward to returning again!
