Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were eight adults who hadn’t traveled together in years, and this place was perfect. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, so we could hang out together or split up without stepping on each other’s toes. We played a ton of pool and table tennis, and even the gym got used more than expected. A couple of mornings we grabbed coffee from a nearby café and walked along Playa de la Hornilla before coming back for a swim. Check-in was simple, parking was huge and the whole stay felt effortless from start to finish.

Ideal villa for a week of sun and rest
Our group was ten - family plus two close friends - and the villa absolutely delivered. The rooms felt private, the air-con worked perfectly, and having a laundry area helped since we went to the beach almost daily. We took a morning to explore Candelaria’s centre and the Basilica, which was close enough to reach without rushing. The pool was warm every day and we used the terraces for late dinners because the breeze off the water was so nice. Loved how quiet the area felt.

Amazing stay with plenty of room for everyone
We traveled as three couples plus two older relatives, and it was the right choice. The villa feels bigger in person than in photos, especially the living room. Having six full bathrooms was a life saver in the mornings. Some of us used the gym downstairs, others went for early walks to Playa del Pozo. The heated pool made afternoons super easy, nobody felt like leaving. Booking process was smooth and we appreciated the self check-in since we arrived later in the evening.

Relaxing break in a great area
Spent five nights with friends and enjoyed the mix of quiet mornings on the balconies and walking into town in the afternoons. beach was close, so we didn’t need the car much. The bathrooms were surprisingly spacious and everyone appreciated having their own. Would return without thinking twice.

Loved the pool and outdoor spaces
Came here with family, four couples and two teenagers, and the layout worked perfectly. The heated pool was used nonstop, even on the breezy days. We tried a couple of places nearby like El Timón and liked being able to walk there instead of driving. House had everything: gym, laundry, big kitchen. Really good week.

Great spot for our group of friends
We were eight adults and honestly the house fit everyone super well. The rooms were big, beds comfy and the place felt spotless. Most mornings we walked down to Candelaria Beach, it took us maybe ten minutes. Evenings were usually on the terrace with a drink just watching the lights along the coast. Super chill stay.
