The villa features a large, beautifully maintained terraced garden with lawn, mature trees and sunny seating areas. The private heated pool measures 13 x 4 m (depth 110-160 cm) and includes an internal staircase, making access comfortable for all ages. A pergola, terrace furniture, deck chairs, a covered balcony and a dedicated barbecue house create the perfect environment for outdoor dining and relaxation. An outdoor shower is also available.
Inside, the living space spans 450 m² across two levels with very modern, bright and stylish furnishings. The main living and dining area includes satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating, with direct access to the pool terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, induction plates, microwave, freezer, kettle, toaster and an electric coffee machine, as well as air conditioning and heating. A separate WC is located on this floor.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
One of the best villas we've rented in costa blanca
We travel a lot and this villa really stood out. Modern but cosy, super peaceful and just a short walk from the sea. We celebrated a birthday here and the BBQ house was perfect for a small dinner. The garden lights at night made it feel magical. House had everything we needed, including fast WiFi and a proper coffee machine. The booking process was quick and the welcome pack was a nice surprise. Would 100% recommend.

The villa looked exactly like the photos. Modern, bright rooms, fast WiFi, great AC. Loved waking up and having coffee with sea views. No noise, no stress.

Felt like a high-end hotel
Everything inside was new and very clean - the open kitchen, huge windows, AC in every room. The garden was quiet with sea views and lots of sunbeds. We appreciated the heated pool because the water stayed warm even on a windy day. Nice touches like mosquito nets, good kitchen equipment, washing machine and plenty of towels. Parking was easy and the neighbourhood was calm. Great choice if you want comfort and privacy.

Amazing villa and great location
Stayed with two other couples and everyone had their own space. Bedrooms opened straight onto the terrace which felt like a small luxury. Pool was warm, great for late swims. We cooked most evenings and the outdoor dining area was perfect for long dinners. The villa is close to small coves and only a short drive to Arenal where there are restaurants and shops. Communication with the agency was great, answered fast and helped with local tips.

Wonderful stay with family
We booked this villa for a family holiday and it honestly felt like home but better. The outside space was our favourite part - big garden, heated pool, plenty of chairs, and a barbecue house where we ate most nights. Inside was spotless and very modern, kitchen fully equipped, beds super comfortable. We walked to Cala Portitxol a few times and the views were incredible. The kids didn’t want to leave. We’d happily return next summer.

Came with friends and spent most of the time outside on the terrace. Big BBQ, nice pool and sea views. Everything inside looked new and clean. Easy check-in, parking on site. Would come back.

Great place to relax
We stayed 7 nights and honestly it was perfect. Quiet area, modern house, really comfy beds and the pool was warm even in the mornings. Beach is just a short walk. Loved the garden and the outdoor shower.
