This delightful 4-bedroom villa in the heart of Santo Tomás comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Featuring a private swimming pool surrounded by lush hedging and palms, it offers the perfect spot for relaxation. Enjoy alfresco dining on the BBQ or unwind in the bright, airy open-plan living area with patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included, and the villa is just a short walk from the sandy beach and nearby restaurants.
The private swimming pool is located at the front of the property, with a small lawned area to one side. The slightly raised terrace, bordered by hedging and palms, provides a tranquil setting for sunbathing or enjoying a meal outdoors. The central location places the villa just one street back from the beach, with glimpses of the sea between the trees. A good selection of restaurants is only a couple of minutes' walk away. Pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

The villa is set on a corner plot with gates opening onto a private driveway at the side, as well as a gated pedestrian entrance leading to the house. The open-plan living area is bright and airy, featuring patio doors to the pool terrace, a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, feature fireplace, and dining table. The well-equipped kitchen is along the hall, with access to an enclosed drying area at the rear of the house.
Sleeping arrangements include a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a separate bathroom and an additional shower room.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Just returned from this lovely villa from Sant Tomas. Great location, perfect concierge services and amazing heated pool. We look forward to returning to the villa again soon as it is also a wonderful place for any holiday in the island of Menorca and its wonderful people. Thank you so much for everything.

Fantastic relaxing time with perfect location and fabulous villa
Was pleased with the villa, very high standard rooms and great location. Beautiful swimming pool, very relaxing and peaceful. Very spacious and comfortable house, after several years of visiting Menorca this was by far the best villa we had stayed in. Location perfect, Will book again.

Very good,well equipped
Good location, you don't need a car, the supermarket is just over the road and the beach and restaurants are just a couple of minutes walk. The pool area and garden are nice and you can get sun and shade all day. The pool is great for kids with easy access. The Rep was very helpful and went out of her way to find out information for us and help us arrange a day out.

perfect villa!!!
We had a wonderful holiday. The villa was in an excellent location and the children enjoyed hours in the warm pool. It was great to be able to walk everywhere, the beach being just a few minutes away and a short walk to several restaurants and shops. The villa was an older style but was well equipped with everything we needed (including air conditioning and wifi) and set amongst pine trees. We could see the sea through the hotels opposite. We found this agency to be excellent. A very spacious minivan was waiting to meet us at the airport to transfer us to our villa. Your rep was extremely helpful and friendly and available whenever we wanted to find out anything. Thank you for a great family holiday.

Super Holiday & can't wait to go back
We stayed in this elegant home and had a great holiday. The property was well set out and in a great location. Our holiday rep was very attentive, and customer service prior to our departure was excellent. Our stay was enjoyable, and the accommodation was in a lovely spot in Santo Tomas. This spacious villa in Santo Tomas is in an excellent position, just yards from the beach and the small bars and restaurants. The home is generous in size, with an excellent pool and facilities, and is ideal for families of up to 7 individuals.
