Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa is fantastic, we were 6 adults and were very well accommodated. The host is incredibly helpful having basics available in the fridge (free) on arrival including wine. the pool is a great size, the villa is well equipped with everything and the concierge service agent was more than happy to fetch us anything me might be missing...very recomendable villa, hope to come again some day!

Perfect for our Family
The sales-promoting photos and information are true. The facilities made us positively surprised on arrival and kept us in that pleasant mood for 9 days. Fab pool, playground and home. We were really well looked after. Highly recommend the cooked meal too. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful. Tranquil. Peaceful. Tidy. Spacious. Everything you would want for villa, this provides. ! I honestly cannot fault this villa, it was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here for a family holiday - it is perfect for children.

This charming accommodation exudes traditional vibes. With its classic design and beachside location, this 3-bedroom home is an excellent choice. The pool area, with Roman steps and ample lounging space, was a hit. The brick-built BBQ and spacious bedrooms with two separate bathrooms were convenient for our group.
