This charming villa features a large private saltwater swimming pool surrounded by a lush lawn garden, providing a safe and fun space for children to play. The double bedroom with en suite and the twin bedroom with en suite ensure convenience, while two additional twin bedrooms share a shower room. WiFi and air conditioning/heating are included throughout.

All bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The double and twin bedrooms, each with an en suite, are at one end of the lounge, while the two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom are at the other end.
Set on a hillside, the villa enjoys an elevated position with gated driveway parking surrounded by flowers and shrubs. A path leads up to the house, offering wonderful views over Santo Tomas and the sea below. The resort centre, shops, and a long sandy beach are just a short drive or 20-minute walk downhill. The seafront promenade is perfect for leisurely strolls, and numerous family-friendly activities are available both within the resort and a short drive away.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This charming accommodation exceeded all our expectations! We had such a relaxing time here. The home was very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The saltwater pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed using the BBQ for some alfresco dining. We also appreciated the welcome concierge service; they made our check-in smooth and even gave us some great local tips. Would definitely return for another family holiday!

Amazing Stay with Incredible Views
The villa was absolutely perfect for our family. The private pool was huge, and the lawn garden was great for our kids to run around and play. We loved the location, with beautiful views over the sea and just a short walk to the beach. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making cooking at home a breeze. Perfect Holiday Home!
This was our second time booking with this travel agency, and once again, we were not disappointed! This spacious villa was just perfect. The layout of the home was ideal for our group, and we loved that all the bedrooms were on the ground floor. The pool was fantastic, and we spent hours just relaxing by it. Stunning villa, Perfect for Families!
We had an incredible stay at this seaside retreat! The property is perfectly located with stunning sea views. We spent most of our time by the saltwater pool, which was great for the kids. A fantastic house, spacious and comfortable in a lovely resort
We had an amazing 2-week stay at this spacious villa in Menorca, Santo Tomas. The home is really comfortable for eight people. Bedrooms are clean and cozy, the living area is lovely-big, comfortable sofas, light and airy, with excellent air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a large fridge/freezer. The outdoor areas are lovely-one side overlooking the sea and the other overlooking the road through the resort. We felt very well looked after and would recommend this property to large families, extended families, and groups of friends.

EXCELLENT!!!
The property had good sea views, was very spacious, and had lovely gardens. The pool was fantastic in size. The pool table and table tennis table got used daily. This charming accommodation was fantastic-beautiful surroundings and plenty of room for all 7 of us. The location was great, close enough to reach amenities but far enough away to enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday. The pool was brilliant! The table tennis and pool table were used daily and were a great addition. Would highly recommend this travel agency and this home in particular to anyone.
