Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We’ve stayed in Menorca many times, but this was our first time in Santo Tomas, and this seaside retreat was a great choice. The accommodation was well-maintained, and the pool area was a real highlight. It was nice to have both the beach and countryside views-it felt private but still close to everything. Booking was easy, and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing break!

Peaceful and spacious
This getaway was exactly what we were looking for-a peaceful escape with a great pool and easy access to everything in Santo Tomas. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we appreciated the air conditioning at night. The place had a rustic charm, and we loved sitting on the terrace in the evenings. This travel agency provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which made our trip even better. Can’t wait to return!

Great villa for families
Our family of four had an amazing time here! The villa was clean and well-equipped, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach, and we loved having a BBQ area for outdoor dinners. The circular dining room was a unique touch, and the whole villa had a cozy, welcoming feel. The team was great with communication and even helped us arrange an airport transfer. We’d definitely come back!

Perfect location for a relaxing getaway
We had a fantastic stay at this luxury retreat! The location was spot on-just a short walk to Santo Tomas Beach, and there were shops and restaurants nearby, so we never needed a car. The accommodation itself was spacious and had a lovely private pool where we spent most of our afternoons. We especially enjoyed the countryside views, which made for a peaceful setting. This travel agency was very helpful, and check-in was seamless. Highly recommend for a stress-free holiday!

Amazing villa and Perfect Host
We have stayed in different Balearic villas every year for the last 10 years or so and this was the best we've seen. The villa is so comfortable and Alba makes sure you have everything you need - the concierge services host provided us with free fresh eggs, olive oil, olives, milk, melon etc etc and even organised a beautiful locally cooked feast for us one night which was one of the best meals we've ever had. The location is great. Absolutely fantastic.

Simply superb in every way and great hosts!
Our extended family stayed at this charming accommodation in July. What a positive experience! From the place, the facilities, location, nearby tavernas, restaurants, supermarkets and bars. There was so much attention in making our stay awesome in every way and we all loved it. Without doubt, we would all go back. Truth is, you felt like you were part of the family. We found the local tavernas charming, good quality and very affordable. It was our first trip to Menorca after so many recommendations but it will not be our last!!!!!

A truly fantastic experience!!
The listing description and photographs did not fully portray the beauty and tranquility of the villa and its stunning view! When we arrived, everyone was knocked out with the layout of the villa, the pool and surrounding area. The villa was clean and the personnel involved with cleaning and maintenance were first class. The staff has provided excellent service, always replying promptly and providing information promptly. We would certainly recommend this villa to a friend and hope to return ourselves one day!
