Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This luxury retreat is a peaceful oasis, perfectly located between Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia. We enjoyed the tranquility of this area, away from the lively spots. The private beach of Cala Olivera is a short stroll away, and the villa's sea views are stunning. The extensive gardens and terrace are great for relaxation, and the infinity pool is a highlight, especially with its LED lighting. The master bedroom, with its Jacuzzi and high-tech amenities, was our favorite. A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy Ibiza.

This holiday spot exceeded all our expectations! This designer luxury retreat is truly remarkable. The villa is impeccably styled, and it's no wonder it's featured in top design magazines and fashion shoots. The spacious interior is beautifully furnished with exclusive designer pieces. The large windows provide breathtaking sea views, and the infinity pool with LED lighting is a real treat. We appreciated the security measures in place, perfect for a high-profile retreat. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. Perfect for golf lovers with Golf Club Roca Llisa nearby.

Perfect family villa in a quiet location
We spent a marvellous 10 days staying at the this hideaway. The property manager, Alba, and their staff made us feel very welcome and were able to give us lots of helpful advice about local beaches and tavernas to visit etc. Their attention to detail in terms of the very high standard of comfort of the villa, and their thoughtfulness, for example lots of great childrens toys and paperbacks etc, were second to none. The villa was immaculately clean and beautifully presented, and the pool and view exceeded all our expectations. The extremely generous welcome pack (including wine, fresh juice, lemonade, cold meat and cheese) meant we didn't have to head straight for the shops on arrival, much appreciated. The view from the terrace and pool must be one of the finest in Ibiza!

Fantastic villa in an excellent location
We (party of 10 adults) had a wonderful stay in this stunning villa. Fantastic pool area, with amazing views over the sea. Our boat trip was amazing....i recommend!!! We have been on many villa holidays before but this was easily the best we have ever stayed in and I would recommend it without any reservation - really can't think of any critical comments to make at all and we may well be back there next year!

This villa is amazing, great and very spacious. The photos do not do it justice. It is spacious, clean, well equipped & the scenery is beautiful. Alba is an extremely helpful host. I would definitely go back! Easily fits 10 people and offers plenty of outdoor space. Overall very happy with the the place.
