Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.

Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here as a group of ten celebrating a milestone birthday and the villa matched the vibe perfectly. The master suite feels like its own little hideaway, while the others loved having their own terraces and bathrooms. Most afternoons were split between pool time and the games room, which became our spot whenever we wanted a break from the sun. We also tried Cala Llonga beach one day and found a small local restaurant nearby that the team had recommended before arrival. Great family break by the sea
We came as two families and the layout worked so well, especially with the guest apartments giving everyone some breathing room. Kids loved the pool and the adults pretty much lived in the BBQ area every night. One morning we walked down to Amante for breakfast and the path was easy. The whole place felt peaceful but close enough to drive to Santa Eulalia for dinners.
