Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at the villa was a contemporary oasis. The villa's blend of traditional and creative design was refreshing. Serene Island Getaway
The place is a serene family villa with distant beach views. The creative blend of traditional and contemporary design created a unique atmosphere. The circular stone tower and Roman-style swimming pool were highlights. The villa's seclusion, while being close to Cala Llonga and Santa Eulalia, provided the perfect balance. We enjoyed the relaxing outdoor spaces and the barbecue by the pool. Highly recommended for a serene and stylish island getaway.

Fantastic spacious villa in quiet but not remote location
Just returned from a superb week at the the house in Cala Llonga - Ibiza with my family and friends. The villa is huge with 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 10. All the fixtures and fittings are of a high standard and the villa staff management have gone to great lengths to provide for their guests: there were even pool towels provided. Outside there is a good size pool and extensive patio areas with lots of sun beds. We hired a car and would recommend that but taxis aren't expensive and would be an option. Would highly recommend this villa.

Amazing place to spend a holiday
Our family included children, adults and grandparents just loved this place and these people. The villa was marvelous, very clean and room for everyone. It was located to very beautiful countryside but not too far from the beach. In kitchen there`s everything what you need for making dinner for a big group and if something doesn`t work villas owner will help you to fix it. We felt so warmly welcomed by the staff and hospitality what we had was the best ever!. Bikes were only extra fun for us: trip to next village with bicycles was unforgettable. We will come back!

Ibiza Heaven!
A home away from home is a perfect place to stay in Ibiza. Those amazing views hit you as soon as you arrive. The house is cool, very comfortable and the bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms have been well thought out. It is a good house for several families to share. The cook is lovely and cooks the most delicious food - she appears often with her daughter and they magic meals out of seemingly nowhere! I highly recommend it - we loved it. It is our second visit.
