Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
I went with a few friends for a relaxing holiday, and wow, what a spot! The villa itself is gorgeous, all modern and bright, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool area was the highlight - we spent so much time lounging around. It’s also super close to Santa Eulalia and a short walk to Cala Llonga beach, so we had everything we needed right on our doorstep. Big thanks to the agent for helping us out with a special deal, too. Would definitely stay again!

The perfect hideaway in Ibiza
I stayed at this luxury retreat with my family for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The villa is beautiful, with stunning poolside views and very private. We loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning, and the kids were in the pool non-stop. The location is great too - close to the beach, and we could easily walk to some lovely restaurants and cafes. The villa is so well-equipped, and the concierge team was amazing - they helped us organize a boat tour around the island, which was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Fabulous villa in great location
Stayed at this stunning house with two families, it was just perfect for everyone, the location was great for the teenagers. The accommodation is comfortable and we loved the pool area with its stunning views of the little bay to the right. A great holiday, can't wait to go back.

Amazing villa and Perfect Host
Our family (8 people) spent a lovely week at the property in July. Not only was the villa and its views absolutely beautiful but the location was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by the villa staff, they left us a large basket of fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, olive oil, cake and honey. the villa is very well equipped, modern and the pool was amazing. Very quiet and safe area.

Absolutely Fabulous
Gorgeous villa with beautiful grounds. The place is immaculate and the the staff were extremely helpful. We had the most amazing time. we hired a taxi to see all town, and a couple of minute walk to a great shop. We put the bikes to good use too. Cant wait to book again!
