Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Good location in the quiet countryside but close to the Cala Llonga beach and resort with shops and beach. You are in the countrysie so you can hear chickens and cockerel sometimes when outside but not inside when yu close the windows. There was airconditiong in all bedrooms and living room. Nice Pool, nice staff.

Lovely Retreat with Sea Views
This villa is a lovely retreat with all the amenities you could ask for. The master bedroom's terrace had stunning sea views, and we often enjoyed our morning coffee there. The beach and restaurants are a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. We had a wonderful and relaxing time.

Relaxing and Convenient
