Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here with a small group of friends, and the villa was just perfect for us. Loved the modern interiors, especially the living room with huge windows showing the sea. Each bedroom is private with ensuite bathrooms, which made mornings easy. Evenings were magical at the outdoor bar while watching the sunset. The agency helped arrange a local boat trip, which was super easy and stress-free. Pool area is private and spotless, perfect for relaxing after a day at nearby beaches. Definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway with friends or family.

Luxury Meets Ibiza Charm
We had an amazing stay. The oasis-shaped pool and terraces were just stunning, and mornings with coffee looking at Es Vedra were unforgettable. Villa is spacious, bright, and perfectly maintained. The outdoor bar and dining area were perfect for our evening dinners and cocktails. Agency helped us sort airport transfers and even booked a local chef one night-it made everything so simple. Location is great too, close enough to beaches but still super private. Highly recommend for anyone wanting luxury and views in one spot.

Modern Retreat with Stunning Views
The villa was everything we hoped for! Stayed here for a week with our family and loved every minute. Bedrooms are comfortable, each with ensuite bathrooms. Loved cooking in the modern kitchen and eating on the terrace with the Mediterranean as backdrop. The pool was perfect for morning swims and sunbathing. Evening sunsets at the outdoor bar were magical. We also appreciated the agency’s help arranging a local tour-it made things effortless. Great mix of privacy, luxury, and convenience.

Relaxing Oasis in Es Cubells
This villa is a true gem. Stayed with friends for a few days and the setting is just perfect-quiet, private, with gorgeous sea views. Pool area is huge and beautiful, and terraces are ideal for chilling. Loved the modern design inside, especially the light-filled living room and comfy bedrooms. Even had a small celebration and the outdoor bar made it really fun! Agency assistance was great, helped with recommendations and local tips. Would definitely come back.
