Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We just wanted to relax and this place was ideal. Pool, jacuzzi, gardens - total paradise. Bedrooms very comfy, all with their own bathrooms which made mornings easy. Loved being so close to the beach and the old town. Booking was simple, big thanks to the agent for the help!

Super spacious and beautiful
Wow, what a villa! Ten bedrooms, all with aircon and TVs, and the duplex ones felt like mini apartments. Outdoor kitchen made our dinners so fun. We really appreciated the local tips from the agency, and they even helped us plan a day trip. Perfect spot for big groups!

Our favorite holiday spot
Stayed here with family, and it was honestly one of the best trips ever. Pool was huge, gardens gorgeous, and bedrooms so comfy. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. Concierge helped us book a boat trip which was amazing.

Amazing villa, perfect for groups
We came with friends, all 20 of us, and it fit everyone perfectly. Duplex bedrooms were ideal for privacy, and the outdoor jacuzzi was a hit every evening. The agent arranged our airport transfers and made everything super easy. Great memories here!

Relaxing and luxurious
This place blew us away! Super clean, huge bedrooms, and the pool area is just perfect for chilling. We even got a little welcome pack, which was a nice touch. The location is quiet but close to town and the beach, so we had the best of both worlds.
