Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa was an ideal choice for our group of 14. The expansive lawn and huge pool provided endless fun. The living room's unique furnishings added charm to our evenings. The kitchen had all the modern amenities, and the elegant dining area was perfect for family dinners. The 7 bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms offered comfort and privacy. The lower floor with the games room and fitness area was a big hit. It's perfect for a grand gathering. We were pleased with the included welcome pack.

Family trip
We had an amazing week in this house during the Easter break. We were families with big and small kids and the house was great for the different ages with great indoor and outdoor space for everyone. The house actually looks better in person than in the pictures. Manuel was so nice to deal with. Helpful with questions during the week and flexible with checking in and out. The location is great if you enjoy a short stroll to get to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. It was perfect for us, quiet and private, but nice and close for anyone that wanted to explore more. We would go back in a heartbeat.

A fantastic week
Beautiful home, very well appointed, lovely setting. Host Anju was very attentive, responded immediately to any questions. The stovetop was quickly replaced and new pool equipment allowed the pool to be heated.
