Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villalyda was the perfect choice for our family vacation. Situated in Playa del Ingles, the villa was surrounded by amenities. The private parking was convenient for our rental car. The fully equipped accommodation, with air conditioning in every room, catered to our needs. The fountain/jacuzzi in the pool was a highlight. Thanks to the staff for a memorable stay!

One of the most stunning villas we ever stayed
My husband, our 3 children and my parents had one of the most memorable holidays this summer at this luxury villa in Maspalomas. The villa is one of the most beautiful villas we ever saw. The property has everything you can image. It is 5 star - world class villa, with private pool. Very well equipped, modern furniture, great bbq and terrace. A free welcome pack and free airport transfer was available. Great service provided by Amazing Holiday Villas. We will definitely come again.

Great villa, luxury...
I had a pleasure to occupy this villa at the end of June along with my friends. All staff not only responded to our request within a minutes and we were able to book it on the same day, but he also greet us in the most cheerful way, politely explained how to maintain the property and gave us some practical and useful tips.House is indeed a luxury place and Amazing Holiday Villas' service was impacable.I felt welcome,looked after and cosy,just like in my own home
