Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The living room was comfortable for movie nights, and the Wi-Fi worked well even with all of us connected. The kitchen made cooking simple, and the outdoor grill turned into our go-to for dinners. The sea views from the upper terrace were honestly the highlight. One day we booked a private transfer through the agency to visit Palmitos Park, and the help we got arranging everything made the day hassle-free. Loved having the pool just steps away whenever we wanted a break from the heat. Great place if you want a calm base but still be close to Maspalomas.

A great holiday in las palmas
We stayed with extended family and liked that every bedroom felt private, so no one got in each other’s way. The terraces became our favorite part of the house, especially in the afternoons when there was a nice breeze coming from the coast. Having both the whirlpool and the pool was a big plus. We drove to the dunes one morning, walked around the lighthouse another day, and spent a full afternoon at Aqualand. Evenings were usually spent around the outdoor dining table. The whole stay felt easy and relaxed.

Loved the space and the views
We spent a few quiet days here and honestly the amount of room made it super easy to relax. The pool area was peaceful in the mornings and the sea view from the terrace looked amazing at sunset. The house felt clean and comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great Stay in a Wonderful Place
We had a fantastic time. The house is exactly as described, actually better! The service was perfect, someone came on a daily base to clean the house and the pool. The rooms are nicely furnished and very spacy. All in all a very enjoyable time, we will definitely come back.

OASIS!
OASIS! What can I say about this breath taking property. The owners has put so much love into it. Clearly, it's a dream come true for him & he wants to share it with others. The photos don't do the property justice (and that's saying something!) The space is unbelievable. Pure art. We spent most of the day in the beautiful pool area. This property is truly unique. I look forward to returning soon & being treated to a 5 star experience.
