Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This was our second time booking with this agency, and once again, they nailed it! Everything was seamless-from booking to check-in. The welcome pack was such a nice touch (loved the snacks!). We spent most evenings on the terrace just enjoying the ocean view. If you’re looking for a mix of luxury, comfort, and privacy, this is the place!

Loved every second of it!
Tbh, we didn’t want to leave. The villa is in a peaceful area but still close to everything. The Maspalomas dunes are just breathtaking, and the local restaurants were. The guest apartment was a big plus for our friends who wanted some extra privacy. Already planning our next trip here!!

The best holiday we’ve had in years!
We stayed here with another couple, and it was beyond perfect. The villa is HUGE, super clean, and had everything we needed. The backyard is an oasis-beautiful flowers, a lovely BBQ area, and a pool that was cleaned daily. We also loved how close it was to the beach. Big thanks to the agency for arranging airport transfers and making check-in super easy!

Perfect for a luxury getaway!
Absolutely stunning villa!! The interiors are elegant, and the marble floors make it feel extra fancy. The private gym was a nice bonus, and the bedrooms were so comfy. Plus, the concierge service was top-notch-helped us book some amazing local restaurants. 5 stars all the way!

Incredible place to unwind!
Stayed here for a week, and wow… what a villa! The views of the ocean and dunes were unreal, and the private pool was just what we needed. Loved having our own tennis court too-played every morning before breakfast. The house is super spacious, and the kitchen had everything. Definitely coming back!!

Great villa
It is very spacious and was spotlessly clean. It had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing week with our children and their partners. We found the villa to be well equipped and spacious. The standard of the accommodation was great. Our family particularly enjoyed the pool area. We certainly will visit again.
