Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this seaside retreat was a dream come true. The villa's ground floor offers comfort and convenience, making it a true home away from home. The private heated pool was our favorite spot for relaxation. We made use of the barbecue and enjoyed al-fresco dining in the porch. The location is excellent, with the beach and restaurants nearby. The villa's amenities, including Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen, enhanced our stay.

Relaxation Paradise in Maspalomas
The property provided the ultimate relaxation in Maspalomas. The ground floor has everything you need, from comfortable bedrooms to a fully equipped kitchen. The private heated pool is fantastic for unwinding. We enjoyed the porch and garden, basking on sunbeds. The villa's proximity to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants was convenient. The included amenities like Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, and a well-stocked kitchen made our stay perfect.

Great holiday!
Clean and comfortable villa. Terrific views of the local area. Kids and adults all loved the large clean pool. We got to the villa without any problems, very good location. The villa is perfect. In the courtyard there was a grill, a pool and a large terrace. I recommend it for outdoor enthusiasts!

Perfect!!
We are just back from a 2-week stay at this villa and were very happy with everything about our stay. The property was clean and very well equipped. The private garden is excellent and very relaxing, as it is very quiet, with lots of seating areas. The private pool is a lovely feature, and we also used the BBQ area on a couple of occasions. We normally like to try different accommodation, but we will be looking to book this home again next year.

just perfect
Villa was just perfect, everything we needed for our holiday consisting of Grand Parents, Daughter and Husband and three children from 2 - 8 years. Would have liked to have some literature on the area with things to do etc. in the property, but all in all a lovely relaxing sunny break.
