The ground floor features another bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, along with a cozy living area offering underwater views of the private pool and a sofa bed for extra guests.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The rental provided everything we wanted for an amazing vacation. The spacious bedrooms were perfect for our group, and the pool area was a great spot to relax. We spent many afternoons on the terrace, and the location was ideal for easy access to the beach and local attractions. We loved exploring Playa del Inglés and trying out the nearby restaurants. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure!

A Dream Vacation!
From the moment we arrived, this charming accommodation exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautiful and very spacious-perfect for our group of 10. The kids loved the pool, and the adults enjoyed the terrace and the relaxing atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better, just a short distance from the beach and vibrant shopping areas. We made great use of the barbecue area, and the evenings were always spent enjoying the outdoor space.

We loved staying at this spacious villa! The location is fantastic, with easy access to Playa del Inglés Beach and all the nearby attractions.
