Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had the most amazing time at the villa! The villa is simply stunning-modern and fully equipped with everything we needed. The private pool was fantastic, and we loved spending time on the sun terrace. The location is unbeatable, right next to the dunes and close to the beach. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby sights, especially the Maspalomas lighthouse and the botanical garden. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, this villa has it all. A Dream Vacation Home
This spacious villa exceeded all our expectations! The villa is gorgeous-stylish, clean, and very spacious. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group, and we all had our own private space. We enjoyed stunning sunrises from the terrace and the pool area was a highlight, especially in the evenings when we could enjoy drinks by the water. The location was fantastic, right next to the dunes and with lots to do nearby. We also loved the outdoor dining area for alfresco meals. A perfect vacation!

Perfect Beachfront Escape
Our stay at the stay was nothing short of magical. The location is unbeatable, right next to the Maspalomas dunes and with incredible views of the sea. The villa is spacious and modern, with a beautiful private pool where we spent a lot of time relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals at home. We stayed at this luxury retreat for 2 weeks with 2 young children in March. The property is amazing with excellent facilities for families, cosy and comfortable, good size pool and a fantastic location close to shops, beaches, restaurants and of course the famous dunes which are just opposite the villa. The host is very friendly and welcoming and the managing company exceeded our expectation with their top level service. We travel around the world frequently for holidays and this one is definitely on our list to return!

The property is a seaside dream! The villa's contemporary design, spacious living area, and ocean-facing bedrooms created a perfect setting for our family vacation.
