Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The owner was very attentive, professional and welcoming. We were 4 adults, 2 children and an infant and the house, gardens and pool were all that we could ask for. The daily cleaning service was efficient, the amenities and details in the house and gardens were of a very high quality. We could not fault it. The pictures do not do the property justice. It is much more beautiful and luxurious. we would definitely go back again and again

A really comfortable stay
This villa was exactly as expected from the pictures and details on the website. It had every facility that you could want and pool, BBQ and garden area was excellent. It seemed to us that this was clearly one of the best and biggest villas in the area. The service from the owner and the cleaner was efficient and very friendly.

Wonderful villa in a nice and quiet area, very helpful owner, great services (daily maid service, etc.). A few minutes drive from the beaches.
