Interior features: The main floor features a large lounge and dining area with bar, plasma TV, Sky and Astra satellites, DVD player, audio system, and iPod dock. The living space opens directly to the pool terrace and a Japanese-style garden. The fully equipped high-tech kitchen includes induction hobs, two electric ovens, American fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and more. The independent apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen and a private exterior dining area.
Outdoor features: The villa offers a private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) with automatic LED lighting, a 2 x 1.5 m jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and terrace overlooking the sea and surrounding pine forest. Covered terrace with dining area for 8 guests, barbecue, open-air gym, swings, and children's games complement the property. The villa is set in 10,000 m² of fully fenced land, providing privacy and a serene atmosphere. Non-covered parking is available for 4 cars.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had a fantastic week. Pool, jacuzzi, terraces - all perfect! Villa feels very private, surrounded by pine forest. Easy drive to Cala Tarida and San José. Will come back!

Spectacular villa with privacy and views
Stayed a week with 10 friends and it was amazing! Each bedroom had ensuite, very comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi perfect for relaxing. Covered terrace great for BBQ dinners. Japanese garden and pine surroundings made it so serene. Agency assisted with check-in and even gave some local tips, very helpful. Villa is private but still close to beaches, shops, and San José. Perfect for a group who wants luxury and tranquility. Truly loved the sunsets from the terrace every evening!
