Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here for a week with friends and had the best time! The villa is in a quiet location, so it felt like our own little world. The saltwater pool was a hit-so nice to swim in! We also loved having barbecues in the garden and just hanging out. Big thanks to the agency for making everything easy and setting us up with great recommendations for local restaurants!

A charming house
The property provided the backdrop to an incredibly relaxing holiday in a fabulous location. The agent were kind enough to provide food and wine on arrival, enabling a quiet first evening which set the tone for the week ahead. Fabulous Family Holiday Venue
I had the most wonderful time with my friends in this house, it is spacious and beautiful. The area around it is wonderful and the beach is very accessible. The housekeeping and laundry service was brilliant so the accommodation was very clean and tidy and the pool was regularly cleaned. The agent was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this villa! Fantastic management company for this lovely villa
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, luxury villa. It was very clean and tidy with everything you need. The staff arranged airport transfer, very helpful especially organising car, boat and chef hire which helped us. The villa is very spacious with a fab pool. There are plenty of sun loungers and lots of sunny or shady space. The balcony/ terraces are very nice too so there are a lot of different areas to relax around the villa. Marbella is lovely and the villa is only a short walk to good restaurants and a beautiful beach. We definitely will be returning as soon as we can. Highly Recommended for a family or group holiday.

The villa is amazing and much better in reality than seen by the pictures, wonderful pool area, beautiful beach, very well equipped kitchen and all over large and spacious! The location is very secluded and private, you can hire anytime a chef and a yacht for your needs.! We would love to come back!
