Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The villa is modern, spacious, and so well-equipped. The rooftop was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Having La Cala Beach right at our doorstep was incredible, and the nearby restaurants were fantastic. This place is worth every penny!

Unbeatable location & luxury
This villa is a dream! The direct beach access is unreal-you just step out and you're on the sand. The pool and garden are beautifully maintained, and the fiber-optic lighting in the pool at night is stunning. Loved the little extras like the yoga mats and Netflix access. Definitely a five-star experience!

This stylish property exceeded our expectations. The modern design, high-end appliances, and beachfront location made our stay unforgettable. Perfect family getaway
We stayed here with our family, including kids and grandparents, and it was ideal! The layout gave everyone their own space, and the kids loved the pool and beach access. The reclining sofa was great for movie nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable-restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Absolute beachfront paradise!
If you're looking for a villa right on the beach, this is it! Waking up to the sound of waves and having direct access to the sand was just magical. The rooftop terrace was our go-to spot for sunsets, and the pool was perfect for cooling off. Every detail in the villa is designed for comfort and style. Already planning our return!

Well, what can I say!
This place is very special. It’s exceptionally well appointed, beautifully designed, spacious, comfortable, luxurious and best of all, those views. Fantastic to be able to stumble straight out onto the beach for Christmas Day swim and the pool was used every day. The owner did all sorts of extra things for us in the lead up to our stay to make us feel super at home from the minute we stepped inside. . We can’t wait to come back. (Just so I can get to wake up to that view, again!)

An Increrdible Stay!
We were travelling with two toddlers and having a host that was so accommodating made our experience to much easier! Anything we needed we felt comfortable reaching out to Fiona at any time and she was always there! The house was absolutely stunning and somehow nicer than the pictures! Will be recommending this stay to friendsa and would even love to go back!
