One of the most modern and stylish villas in La Cala de Mijas, the property features bright, airy interiors and sunny terraces providing both sun and shade throughout the day. The villa is accessed via a private gate leading to an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with central island, a separate dining room, and a spacious living room with international TV. On this level, there are three double bedrooms (two with double beds, one with twin beds), all with en-suite bathrooms, a guest toilet, and a smaller children's bedroom with twin beds. French doors from the lounge open onto a large terrace with steps down to the pool, including a shaded seating area to relax and unwind.
An internal staircase leads to the lower level, which includes a second fully equipped kitchen, another large lounge with international TV, a double bedroom with an annex featuring a sofa bed (ideal for children), and another full bathroom. This level opens directly onto the pool area with a barbecue, rotisserie, pizza oven, sun loungers, and a covered dining area for al fresco meals.
The villa is just 650 meters from the beach, within easy walking distance, though the uphill return may be easier by taxi. For exploring the area, Marbella is 18 km away and Fuengirola is 15 km away.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
After a short taxi journey from the airport, I arrived at the villa to be absolutely delighted with my choice of accommodation. Immaculate from the moment you walk through the front gates, the villa is decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard. The view is totally breathtaking. You can see this immediately through the floor to ceiling glass doors which are from wall to wall. Inside the villa all of the rooms are very spacious and luxurious. The pool and areas surrounding the villa are magnificent and provide everything you could possibly want for a luxury relaxing holiday. The beach is just a short walk away and there is access along the beach to La Cala where there are lots of bars and restaurants. I will definitely be booking again.

Amazing Stay
Had the opportunity to stay over a long weekend with friends and had an amazing stay. very relaxing, villa is a great location, quiet and really self-contained. It has some of the best views in the area, no one over-looks the villa's grounds, pool was fantastic and all round great time was had. We will definitely be back

Beyond spectacular
I can’t say enough good things about this villa. The views are spectacular, the neighbourhood is very cute and the location is great. The villa itself is modern, very spacious and clean, beautifully decorated, equipped with more than you would need on your vacation. And ofcourse the outdoor space is the best feature, as evident from the pics. I highly recommend this villa!
