Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The property offers beachfront bliss in La Cala de Mijas. We were a group of 12, and this villa's 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms provided ample space and comfort. The modern design and stylish decor of the villa were a real treat. We made great use of the indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Private beach access and a lift for accessibility were much appreciated. The well-equipped kitchen and large barbecue area made dining a pleasure. The property is a top-notch choice for a memorable stay.

We stayed here for my 40th. Amazing villa and even better than it the pictures describe! Loads of space and very high spec. The host was great and helpful for any problems we had. Already planning our return trip!

Absolutely loved the villa, very stylish very spacious and immaculately clean. The host handled everything very well and he and made our stay perfect. We found the villa was in a perfect location and very convenient for the village.
