Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The accommodation exceeded our expectations for a beachfront villa. The 3 bedrooms, each with its bathroom, were perfect for our group. We enjoyed the convenience of a brick barbecue and a pool/billiard table. The alarm system added an extra layer of security. Most of all, the easy beach access and sea views made our stay truly memorable. The accommodation is a hidden gem on the Costa del Sol.

Family holiday
Our family's stay at this elegant home was nothing short of paradise. The beachfront location was a dream come true. The villa's private pool and direct beach access kept both kids and adults happy. We made great use of the pool/billiard table and had fantastic BBQ evenings. The three en suite bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms made this trip incredibly convenient. We're already planning our return!

Our family had an amazing time at this retreat! This 3-bedroom beachfront villa is a hidden gem on the Costa del Sol. The private pool and easy beach access made our stay unforgettable. The kids loved the pool table, while we appreciated the brick barbecue for delightful evenings. Plus, the alarm system gave us extra peace of mind. Everything we wanted
We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was everything we wanted. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to go for an evening out or trip to the beach. The interior of the villa was just as described on the site, and the pool was big enough to swim properly. It was clean and tidy on arrival and we were quite happy with everything. I would definitely recommend it and we hope to go again.

Excellent villa on beautiful location
We enjoyed every minute of our holidays in the accommodation. After the transfer has been done by the travel agency agent - the friendly villa agent - explained the last details. As we arrived at 10PM we were only able to enjoy the stunning views the next morning. The pool was excellent and the kids enjoyed it every day. As Mijas is a beautiful area of Costa del Sol, we will come back to explore the other parts; for sure the accommodation will be the place to stay.

Our maid service was excellent. Our Rep was excellent and made us very welcome. Thank you too, to Alba who helped me with booking assistance. Great time had by all. Can't wait to go again. The villa is very well equipped in a great location.
