Sleeping arrangements include one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, one additional double bedroom, and three twin bedrooms, with a total of two bathrooms. The ground floor houses a large double bedroom with en suite facilities and two twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom with double sinks. On the first floor, guests will find a double bedroom with a private terrace and seating area, along with a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom. Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
The south-facing pool area features Roman steps and a ladder for easy access, a raised sunbathing terrace, and a pergola with a dining table, chairs, and a brick-built BBQ alongside a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for alfresco meals. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We chose this stylish property for a reunion with friends, and it was the perfect choice. The home is just a short walk from the resort center, and we had no shortage of fantastic restaurants to choose from. The dual living areas gave us plenty of space, and we loved the games room. The entire experience was smooth, from booking to check-out. Can't wait to come back!
