A 72 m² porch stretches along the entire ground floor, with direct access to the main hall, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The porch is divided into three zones: a comfortable area for snacks, a dining space for family meals, and a relaxed al fresco lounge. There are two additional terraces, a 15 m² first-floor terrace accessible from two bedrooms, and a 50 m² rooftop terrace offering panoramic sea and village views.
Inside, the property is just as impressive. The main living area features large windows overlooking the garden and pool, equipped with satellite television and a DVD player. An independent furnished living room provides an additional space for meals and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen offers both gas and electric stoves, direct access to the porch, and everything needed to prepare meals. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of ten included several kids, and the layout made things smooth. Some of us hung out in the big living room, while others used the quieter one, and the kids loved the playroom and foosball downstairs. We did a few BBQ nights on the covered terrace, which stayed pleasantly cool. We also drove to Playa de Palma for a beach day. The airport transfer arranged by the agency made arrival stress-free.

Great setup for two families
We were two families travelling together and the villa worked perfectly. Everyone had enough room and the kitchen was easy to use, especially with its direct access to the terrace. One afternoon we walked down to the rocky coast nearby and the views were amazing. The agency replied quickly when we asked about heating the pool, which was appreciated.

Loved the space and quiet
We stayed here as a family of ten and really enjoyed how calm the area felt. Most mornings we had breakfast on the long porch because it stayed cool and shaded. The pool was big enough for all of us, and in the evenings we’d wander up to the rooftop just to watch the bay. It was a relaxed and super easy week.

Best villa i have stayed in
Very spacious with all 5 bedrooms en-suite . Excellent kitchen and breakfast area with everything you could ask for. Outside area is great with a very nice sized pool. A truly 5 star villa only a few minutes walk to the beach.

Elegant!
A magical place. The rooms and gardens are even more beautiful than in the photos. There were 10 of us in total, and the property is large enough that everyone could find their own space when desired, while also feel cozy when we gathered at the table by the pond/main house, or on the patio behind the kitchen. The rental agents were responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended. I will return!

Had perfect days with friends
For my birthday I looked for a place to invite a few friends and just celebrating, relaxing and spending time together. The villa was absolutely perfect! We had lovely nights at the pool area at the big dining table and a wonderful view. A lot of lights in the garden and around the pool gives a magic feeling. The villa was clean and beautiful. The kitchen had all you needed. Thank you!
