Inside, the villa is decorated in calming white and pastel tones, creating a serene environment. The living room is comfortable and equipped with a TV and ceiling fan, while the fully equipped gas kitchen allows for easy meal preparation. Two of the bedrooms feature two single beds each, and the third bedroom has a double bed. One bathroom includes a bathtub, complemented by an additional exterior toilet. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. All bedrooms offer views of the garden or courtyard, and a cot and high chair are available for families traveling with a baby.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a very charming Mediterranean vibe. The pool area is just gorgeous, and the BBQ setup made for some lovely dinners outside. The location was ideal for exploring-just a short drive to Palma and other beautiful beaches. Everything was super easy, from check-in to getting local tips from the team. Would 100% stay here again!

Peaceful and relaxing stay
If you're looking for a quiet escape, this is the perfect place! The villa is in a lovely residential area, so it feels very private and peaceful. The garden is full of flowers, and the pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable living space. Plus, the hosts were fantastic-super helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend for couples or small families!

perfect family getaway
We had an amazing time at this cozy place! The house is cozy, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool was a huge highlight for us, and we spent most of our days lounging outside. The location is great-Cala Blava beach is just a short walk away, and Palma is an easy drive. We also loved the little touches like the BBQ area and the ping-pong table. Already planning to come back next year!

Very nice villa, excellent facilities
We had an amazing holiday, you could not want for anything else. The on-site facilities are great the bikes, football, basketball the list goes on. I cannot recommend this property enough. With its very impressionable furnishings both inside and out, you have to actually stay there to appreciate how ideal it is, as the pictures of the villa are beautiful, but it really is better than that!! Definitely recommend it!!
