Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
A group of friends and I stayed a week and honestly spent half our time outside. The pool was clean, the loungers were comfy, and evenings on the terrace became our routine. We walked down to the rocky coastline a couple of times for views and photos. The house itself was tidy, with enough bathrooms so everyone could get ready without waiting. The AC helped a lot on hotter days, and the check-in was quick and friendly.

Great place for a relaxed family week
We stayed here with our two teens and my parents, and the house worked perfectly for everyone. I loved how bright everything felt, especially in the mornings when we’d open the terrace doors and let the breeze in. Most afternoons we drifted between the pool and the shady corner of the garden. One evening we tried the BBQ and ended up eating outside for hours. The neighbourhood was surprisingly quiet, with just a short walk to the rocky coastline at Son Veri Nou.

Amazing!!
The House is absolutely perfect for a large family. Well equipped, tastefully outfitted & really comfortable, I warmly recommend it. It boast one of the best view I've seen in a long time, with a family friendly pool and the oh so quiet environment invites you to a very relaxing time ! We've had a fantastic two weeks and we can't wait to come back.

Luxurious villa
This villa is so spacious and sits in a brilliant location. Group of 8 people stayed here, but due to the size and space in the villa we never felt under each others feet. The owner, has created a wonderful home from home with everything you could need and much more! Close to all local amenities, although the walk back up from the marina isn't for everyone! - taxis are cheap and a very easy option. We loved our long weekend, and my friends are already asking when can we return. Thank you

Amazing family villa with the wow factor
Quick and easy to book. Maria, the property manager responded promptly to my enquiry and any questions i had regarding our stay. From the moment the gates to the villa opened we knew we had booked a very special place. The space indoors was more than enough even for our family of 8, the outside space was as big with plenty of sunbeds, sitting and eating areas and a fantastic pool.The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. I would strongly recommend anyone to book this villa!
