Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This home offered us comfort and convenience during our stay. The spacious terrace and private pool were perfect for family gatherings. The well-equipped kitchen and barbecue area catered to our culinary desires. The bedrooms, especially the ones with terrace access, provided a tranquil escape. The villa's location in Bellavista allowed easy access to Caló Fort beach and nearby amenities. Grateful for a wonderful experience!

Lovely villa for family group
The villa is maintained to a high standard and very spacious. It suited a family group of 9 people. There is plenty of room both inside and out and ample seating. At night the garden is lit and provides a great space for eating and relaxing. The housekeeper was very welcoming and helpful in explaining local amenities, taxis, restaurants, etc. Would recommend without hesitation.

There were 8 of us. Everything about our stay was amazing and just what we expected. The villa manager was very attentive and helpful. The villa is near to lots of amenities. The pools at the villa were kept spotlessly clean, as was the villa itself. We wished we had booked for 2 weeks.

Fantastic villa
Visited for a stag with 8 people. Everyone had more than enough space and had a great time. Everything in the house was perfectly clean and in real life it's even better then on the pictures! Will definitely return !!!
