Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this villa to celebrate a birthday. We were a family of ten of all ages. The villa surpassed expectations and was exactly as shown in photos. Communication with the property manager with any queries was second to none, they were only too pleased to help. We particularly liked the outdoor cooking and eating area where we enjoyed many meals. There were many activities that kept the younger ones occupied from table tennis, bikes, pool table etc. Would I recommend a stay at this villa! Absolutely - Go there, relax and have a great time.

We were with 3 families in the finca. Everything corresponds to 100% of the pictures and information. Every second day a pool boy and a gardener came and cleaned everything. The modern kitchen has a lot of dishes in the cupboards. There is even a fryer installed. We were very satisfied and would always book this finca again.

The villa was very good! It corresponds exactly to the pictures and for 10 people it is big enough. Top in the shot and great kitchen equipment. We would always rent this finca!
