Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here with family, villa exceeded expectations. Pool and terraces perfect for sun and swimming. Master bedroom with ensuite and terrace was amazing, sea views incredible. Staff helped with local recommendations and check-in was hassle-free. Open-plan living and dining areas great for group meals. Villa felt peaceful and private, yet short drive to beaches and restaurants. Gardens well-kept, villa spotless, truly a worry-free week.

Luxury villa with epic views
We stayed 6 people and had a perfect week. Villa feels modern yet cozy, master bedroom terrace is unforgettable. Pool, terraces, and covered summer kitchen were used daily. Staff suggested local beaches and helped with small bookings, making everything simple. Views from terraces across Cala San Vicente and Tagomago island are breathtaking. Evenings by the fireplace inside or outside on the terrace were magical. Villa has great privacy but still close to shops and restaurants. Linen and towels spotless, everything well-maintained, truly relaxing holiday.

Modern comfort by the sea
Stayed with family for a week. Bedrooms spacious, AC worked perfectly. Pool and terraces ideal for relaxing. Villa is private, yet only 1 km to Cala San Vicente beach. Staff dropped by briefly to ensure everything was fine.

Relaxing Ibizan escape
We spent 6 nights here and it was fantastic. Villa layout is smart, living room and dining space perfect for group meals. Pool and terraces used every day. Staff helped book a small boat trip and suggested local beaches, which made our stay more fun. Sea views from master terrace were incredible. Kitchen fully equipped, loved cooking breakfasts. Evenings were calm and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. Felt really pampered.
