Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

The villa was very well-equipped and the interior design was just beautiful. The concierge service made the whole stay so easy. We even got a special offer for booking early - loved that! Stunning villa, couldn’t have asked for more!
We spent a week here with friends, and it was perfect. The villa itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. The panoramic views were so relaxing - we spent so much time out on the terrace. We took the boat into Ibiza Town a couple of times, which was a fun experience. Big thanks to the team for arranging our airport transfers and restaurant bookings - made the whole stay stress-free. Definitely coming back for another trip!

Such a relaxing and private getaway!
The holiday homebrina was exactly what we needed. It had such a calming vibe, and we were able to completely unwind. The villa is stunning, with beautiful modern touches and tons of space. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, and we loved the private terrace in the en-suite apartment. The location is ideal, too - close enough to Ibiza Town, but still quiet and private. Thanks to the agency for sorting everything out, the service was fantastic!

Breathtaking views and great location!
This villa is just incredible! The panoramic sea views are unreal - you get to see all of Ibiza Town from the terrace! It’s super peaceful, but not too far from the action. We loved that we could walk to Talamanca Beach or take a quick boat ride into town. Definitely a 5-star experience. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a family holiday!
We had an amazing time at This hideawaybrina! The villa was spacious and the views were out of this world! It was perfect for our family, plenty of space for everyone. The beach was just a short walk away, and we loved strolling down the boardwalk to Ibiza Town. The concierge services were top-notch, they really made everything easy. Can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing week in Ibiza with a group of colleagues. This retreatbrina is very luxurious with an amazing view from the terrace and garden. The house manager Dean is very friendly and helped us with a lot of things. Definitely one of the best villa's to stay in Ibiza (perfect location in Talamanca) and for a good price!

This house is truly amazing! My family and I were really satisfied with our stay here. My communication with Alba was uncomplicated and very helpful. We were incredibly well received by the housekeeper. The house exceeded our expectations. The setting is fabulous; the house works well; the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable; the pool is simply gorgeous and the views are incredible. We will be back!

Excellent experience, the property manager was very gracious and helpful and this is truly a beautiful home and setting. This is a unique location on the island that I was familiar with from a previous trip -- comparable to the cost of a three rooms in a routine hotel, you are getting a breathtaking view. There is also a fine restaurant nearby where you can get coffee in the morning, and lunch and dinner. The best beaches from Ibiza at a short distance. The villa is very well located, modern furniture, great terrace and pool. I highly recommend The staybrina from Cap Martinet!!!

The house was exactly as the pictures portrayed it, you could almost say better because they don't give a scope on how large the property really is. The views are amazing.
