Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were four adults and wanted something close to the beach but still private, and this villa hit the spot. Mornings usually started on the terrace with coffee while watching the boats near Marina Botafoch. Walked to different restaurants along Talamanca almost every night, and one evening we booked a table at Sa Punta Chiringuito after the property manager helped us with availability. The villa itself felt really cosy, clean bathrooms, good AC, and we liked having parking right outside since we drove around the island quite a bit. Ibiza Town was super close too, so it was easy to mix quiet days with nights out. Ideal place for a small group.

Lovely escape for a short break
We came as a small family and the villa worked great for us. Bedrooms were comfy and both had their own bathrooms, which made mornings easier. Walked to a couple of restaurants on the beach most evenings. The host left us some tips before arrival and that helped us plan our days without stressing.

Perfect setting
Really loved our stay here. The setting is perfect with beautiful views and access straight into the sea for a swim. It’s an easy walk to the beach and round to the marina and into town. The house interior was a charming mixture of retro and modern and and had lots of areas to sit outside. We were met by the host who made us feel very welcome.

One of a kind home and private coast line!
Incredible home and location - quick walk to the nearby beach and restaurants. Private coastline to have a swim any time you like. Also walking distance to the marinas if you plan on taking a boat out during your stay. Wonderful all around - would definitely go back.

Fantastic property!
Property was better than in the pictures, in a great location on Talamanca beach. Few minutes to bars / cafes and restaurants on the beach and 15 mins walk into town. 2 mins to supermarket. Eco Ibiza we’re great throughout, lots of fast comms and very friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return.
