Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Went with 10 friends, all had space and privacy. Loved how big and bright the living area is, and the kitchen has everything. Terrace dining with sea views was perfect. Agency was super helpful, even gave us a tip for a local beach club. Felt really looked after.

Unforgettable holiday
This villa really made our holiday special. The five bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms, so everyone had privacy. The lower terrace rooms with direct sea view were my favorite. We had a small celebration for a birthday and the staff helped us set up some extras. Pool, garden, and terraces are just amazing. Totally relaxed all week.

The sea is literally steps away, couldn’t ask for more. Villa was clean, beds comfy, and the kids loved the pool. Easy parking and quiet area, felt safe and peaceful. Really enjoyed the terrace evenings.

Couldn’t believe the view when we arrived! Every room is nice, pool amazing, and the garden perfect for just relaxing. Had some BBQ nights outside, felt like our own little heaven. Staff from the agency were really helpful with tips and booking local tours.

Comfy and stylish
The villa is super comfy and really stylish, loved the kitchen and big living room. Walking to the beach was a breeze, only a few minutes. Our concierge helped us get a boat trip and it was really smooth. Totally recommend this place for a big group.

perfect villa for family
Stayed here with 9 friends and it was awesome. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which made mornings easy. Terrace dinners were the highlight, sunsets were unreal. Pool was clean and big enough for all of us. Really felt like a private paradise.

We had such a chill week here! The pool is huge and right by the sea, perfect for kids. Loved waking up and seeing the water from our bedroom. Would totally come back.
