The exterior features a striking infinity pool that appears to merge with the turquoise sea beyond. A curved terrace provides the perfect vantage point to admire panoramic vistas of Ibiza Town and the distant island of Formentera, while comfortable sun loungers create inviting spots for relaxation under the Ibizan sun.
Inside, the villa spans two levels with open-plan areas flooded with natural light through expansive glass walls. Cool marble floors, soft white sofas, and elegant wood furnishings combine to create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. The curved staircase, integrated into the cliffside, adds character and a unique architectural element. Dining options include a sunlit breakfast bar and an alfresco terrace for meals with views of the sparkling coastline.
BEDROOMS: In total there are four double bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom, with its dressing room and private balcony, is the most desirable. The house. In addition to its large dimensions, with a 180x200 cm bed inside, a modern whirlpool tub for two in the spacious bathroom makes all the difference. The other bedrooms, although somewhat smaller, are equally comfortable. The large double beds (160 x 200 cm) are perfect for couples to relax. The large window allows direct access to a private balcony or allows you to enjoy the view from the bed itself. All bedrooms have independent temperature control, electric blinds, satellite TV, sheets, pillows and a down comforter, a wardrobe, adjustable lighting, and excellent sound insulation. Most rooms have panoramic views, free Wi-Fi, and there are also several safety deposit boxes.
BATHROOMS: The four bathrooms on the upper floor have sinks, showers with softened hot/cold water, and toilets with Balinese-style faucets for personal hygiene or toilet cleaning. A set of towels, toiletries, sanitary wipes, and a hairdryer are provided. Hair accessories and other extras will be provided by the property for your comfort. On the lower floor, a toilet in the kitchen and another full bathroom with shower next to the pool make it easy to enjoy during the day and save trips to the bathrooms upstairs.
The villa is ideally located for exploring the island, just 2 kilometres from Talamanca Beach and within easy reach of Cala Llonga, Santa Eulalia, Salinas, Es Cavallet, Cala Jondal, and S'Argamassa (Nikki Beach). Ibiza Town, only 3.5 kilometres away, offers historic streets, vibrant nightlife, and fine dining, including Michelin-starred Es Tragon and the Mediterranean-Asian fusion at Sa Punta Restaurant. Blue Marlin Beach Club at Cala Jondal provides a lively spot for gourmet meals and beachside relaxation.
This villa is located in Santa Eulària des Riu. Ibiza Port and Botafoch Marina are great options for those seeking an active holiday, but if you prefer to immerse yourself in nature, Talamanca Beach and Figueretas Beach are just what you need. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Just returned from a week at this hideaway and wow, what an experience! The villa is gorgeous-spacious, modern, and the view from the terrace is just insane. We spent hours by the infinity pool, enjoying the incredible sea views. Every bedroom is super comfy, but the master suite takes it to another level with a jacuzzi and access to the terrace. The location is perfect, close enough to Ibiza Town for a night out but still super private. The agency was fantastic, they helped with everything, including airport transfers and even a private tour of the island. We felt pampered the entire time!

Perfect villa for a relaxing getaway
We stayed here as a group of 6 and the villa was perfect for our needs! The space is huge, with 4 really comfy bedrooms, and the design is super chic. The master bedroom with the sea view was unreal! The location is great too-close to the beach and a short drive to Ibiza Town. We had some amazing days by the pool, soaking up the sun. Big thanks to the agency for helping us organize everything! Highly recommend!

Stunning views, amazing stay!
We had an unforgettable stay at this spacious villa! The panoramic views were jaw-dropping, especially at sunset. The infinity pool is a dream, it feels like you're floating right on top of the sea! The villa is spacious and stylish, with really comfy beds. Loved that it was just minutes from Ibiza Town-made it easy to go out and explore. Shoutout to the agency for the smooth booking experience. amazing holiday!!!
Alba is a great property manager! the villa is simply amazing and the description and pictures are totally real! Before arriving in Ibiza, we connected with Daniel and he kindly provided us all information needed. Free airport transfer was available, the housekeeper came over and explained everything we needed! the villa was clean and we truly loved the time spent there. I highly recommend this villa...amazing holiday!!!

Amazing place just perfect
This was the perfect holiday destination. We went with 8 mates - no children although I would recommend it for a couple of families as well. The villa was perfect. The rooms were beautifully made up - all en suite. The kitchen and outside eating areas were great and the kitchen was well kitted out. The pool was fantastic and the pool area a fabulous space to hang out. Really great place - keen to go back.

Perfect place for a mixed age group
We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this charming accommodation. The management team (Alba and his staff) were extremely helpful and always responded to e-mails promptly. The staff were friendly and thoughtful, bringing gifts of traditional cakes, olive oil, and home-baked treats. The property was beautiful and impeccably clean. All the rooms upstairs had air conditioning. All in all, a fabulous holiday-we were all extremely sad to leave!

Fabulous Ibiza Heaven
We were lucky enough to stay at the holiday home from Cap Martinet in June. We was a group of eight people. It is a very spacious well equipped villa with a free welcome pack on arrival. Great access to the terrace and swimming pool with a great bbq available. For us it was a very happy and relaxing holiday. We made use of the catering services on offer and with there being plenty of activities at the villa to keep the kids interested, including a table tennis and pool table, we were able to switch off and get some sunbathing in!!
