Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa was very spacious as there were 11 of us in the villa. 8 adults and 3 children. Everything you need is at the villa, the owners have worked hard to gain this standard and it was appreciated. The area is great location but again everything you need is nearby or a 15 minute walk where you will find some excellent restaurants to suit your taste. Would return to the villa and area in the future.

Excellent villa
The villa was perfect for our group of 12 adults. We never felt cramped, and it had every amenity you would expect from home. The outside areas were lovely and we spent many hours together by the pool, which you could actually swim in. The location is fantastic and the views were lovely too. Few minutes walk away to a lot of restaurants, bars, which was beautiful. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely return again

Just spent an amazing week at this place. Owners were extremely helpful, couldn t do enough to make our stay fantastic. Villa is immaculate and pulled together with clearly a lot of love and care. Can t wait to book for next year which seems to be the trend as the next set of guests were coming for a month after staying the year before. Cannot recommend this place enough.
