The living room flows seamlessly onto an expansive terrace, complete with a sparkling swimming pool, sun loungers, BBQ, outdoor lounge, and dining area-ideal for enjoying the stunning sunsets over the bay. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The place worked perfectly for our group because every bedroom had its own bathroom, so mornings were surprisingly easy. We cooked most dinners upstairs since the kitchen faced the sea and it just felt nicer eating there. The terrace was huge and we used the BBQ twice, both times ending up staying outside until late because the breeze and the lights over Dalt Vila were amazing. We also appreciated how the host shared a few tips about nearby restaurants-we tried Bellamar one evening and it was a good choice. Pool was clean, plenty of loungers, and parking inside the gate made things simple. Honestly one of the smoothest villa stays we’ve had in Ibiza.

Loved the mix of calm and city access
We stayed as a group of friends and the location couldn’t have been better-quiet enough to relax, but Ibiza Town was only a short drive. The inside felt modern without being cold, and the view from the dining area was something we never got tired of. Cleaning service came almost every day, which kept everything tidy. One evening we booked dinner at La Bodega Talamanca and walked back along the water. Great villa for anyone wanting comfort without being far from nightlife.

Perfect setup for our group trip
The house felt super spacious, and we liked having two kitchens since mornings got busy. The pool area had enough space for all of us to spread out. We walked to Talamanca Beach a couple of times for lunch and it was so close. Really smooth week overall.
