Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed in this luxury retreat for a week on a golfing trip with a large group, and the location was perfect! The accommodation is ideally situated for anything you want to do - nightlife, shopping, beaches, and more. I would recommend this villa to anyone!!!

Lovely villa for large group
The villa is maintained to a high standard and very spacious. It suited a family group of 15 people. There is plenty of room both inside and out and ample seating. At night the garden is lit and provides a great space for eating and relaxing. The housekeeper was very welcoming and helpful in explaining local amenities, taxis, restaurants, etc. Would recommend without hesitation.

There were 14 of us. Everything about our stay was amazing and just what we expected. The villa manager was very attentive and helpful. The villa is near to lots of amenities. The pools at the villa were kept spotlessly clean, as was the villa itself. We wished we had booked for 2 weeks.
