Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Booked this place for a golf trip, and it did not disappoint! Right on Santa Clara Golf, with other top courses just minutes away. After long days on the course, chilling in the heated pool with a drink was perfect. Also, underfloor heating in winter? Genius! Already planning our next stay.

This villa was everything we hoped for and more! Super spacious, modern, and perfectly clean. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Stunning villa!!! Wow factor!!
Stayed here for a week with friends and we had an amazing time! The views over the golf course were insane, and the heated pool was a game-changer. The villa is super modern, spacious, and had everything we needed. Loved how close it was to the beach clubs too! Definitely coming back!
